Identification
Valid Photographic Driving License or Passport is mandatory to hire a bike. This identification will be held by Ride Experience High Lodge for the duration of your booking.
Payment
Payments are taken upon arrival. We only accept card payments – we are a cashless business.
Booking Times
Bike rentals are available from 9:00am. Last rental from 3:30pm. We close at 5:00pm.

Waiver
When booking online you will receive an online waiver by email. Please read through all the detail carefully. If the online waiver isn’t signed online, a paper copy can be signed in store upon arrival. Failure to sign a waiver will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Safety
Helmets are provided free of charge with every bike hire and must be worn at all times. Customers are welcome to wear their own protective helmet, however, this will not reduce the price of the bike hire.
Under 16's
Kids bikes are available in 20" wheels to 26" wheels. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an Adult on a bike at all times; we cannot hire to an unaccompanied child.
E-Bikes
E-bikes are available to rental to children 14+ and adults only. Children aged 13 and under are not able to hire e-bikes under any circumstances. All persons under 18 years are not able to rent any bike without an accompanying adult.
