A full-length, straight seat tube with a large insertion depth allows the use of dropper posts with up to 250 mm travel. The 77.8° steep seat tube angle (size M) ensures ideal load distribution between the front and rear wheels, and plenty of standover height gives you plenty of room to move for aggressive maneuvers and style interludes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn terms of handling, driving dynamics and fun, weight also plays a decisive role. Without compromising on robustness and durability or questioning our preferred, indestructible material aluminium 7020-T6, the S18 SWIFT as a full-power superenduro weighs only 23.7 kg (size M) in the standard equipment. We achieve this low value through topology optimization, the complex load and material simulation of all frame components, hollow-milled volume components, so-called hollow milled parts and the use of a new hydroforming tube set. With a focus on diet, we opted for a closed down tube construction without a Quick Release battery and the Bosch PowerTube 600 battery for the S18 SWIFT. The PowerTube 600 is not only about 1 kg lighter than the PowerTube 800, it also has a significantly smaller cross-section. This allowed us to achieve a correspondingly smaller down tube diameter, for harmonious frame proportions and a slim, attractive design. If you want more battery power and range, you can boost it at any time with a 250 Wh range extender.
